Everyone was absolutely impressed and delighted by your impeccable service and exquisite canapés. Flawlessly executed, lovely presentation, divine wine pairing... an amazing feast in itself, not to mention the fact that the event was taking place on a pontoon boat in the middle of Lake Tremblant. Hats off, boys!

We were all very impressed by the service you provided, from having groceries waiting for us, to the amazing meals provided by Vincent throughout the week. I can honestly say it was the best ski holiday... or should I say gourmet holiday with skiing thrown in!! Not sure I will be able to ski in Europe after this!
